LOCKERBIE (6) Placed 2nd last time around here and solid career start. Won't be far away during the run. Recent form of the kennel is strong and showing improvement in recent outings. Expect a bold showing and looks the winner. PINK POPPY CLUB (1) Tailed off when 5th last time at this venue. Is capable of a resurgence and has drawn to do little work. Should come to hand quickly. Big chance. HANDOVER (8) Not up to standard when 4th last time at Gawler but drawn nicely. Might take a while to wind up but should be hitting top gear in the straight. Worth a ticket. PHANTOM CARAT (4) Racing on a quick back up. Looked flat when 4th last run at Murray Bridge Straight but returns to a rise in trip. One to watch closely and a legitimate knockout hope.
