STARSHIP EMPIRE (9) Was in the hunt for a long way when 3rd last start at Mountaineer Park and facing weaker opposition. Good to see Antonio A Gallardo is jumping on. Should be competitive in this race at a bit of odds. BURNIN TURF (2) Faded in the late stages of the race when 3rd beaten by 1/2L last start here and has a good draw. Will be pushing for a forward position early. Must be considered. MEANT TO BE LUCKY (10) Flew home to win last run at this venue and demonstrating upward trajectory in recent races. Has the early speed to burn across from the wide draw. A win wouldn't surprise. HARD MISSION (8) Picked up late ground when 3rd last run at this venue but facing stiffer opposition. First race for a new trainer. Will be trying to topple them late. Should go close
